p.3 Court of Enquiry at Bytown to investigate charges against Col. By.

For the satisfaction of the shippers of goods on board the John Watkins schooner, Capt. Thew, we beg to announce that she arrived safe here and has proceeded to Prescott. - During the late gale the John Watkins lost her foremast, and Capt. Thew received a severe injury on the hand.
