p.3 The Steam-boat Queenston from Prescott, appeared in front of this town yesterday, but the ice prevented her from approaching any of the wharves or proceeding up the lake. She is at present lying at anchor below Cedar Island waiting for the channel to open.

Married - Mr. John Gowan, mate of the William IV, of Township of Pittsburgh.
