Description
Stereoview of the ex-Civil War blockade runner CHICORA which came to the Great Lakes in 1868. A number of other small craft, the largest of which has two masts can be seen off her stern.
Notes
This appears to be from her period on the pper Lakes which extended from 1868 until her return to Lake Ontario at the end of the 1877 season. The publication of this view in the "Lake Superior and Minnesota" series suggests it was taken in Lake Superior.
