84x32x1 [sic]. Owned by J. W. McLane, Winnipeg. Built by J. McDonald, Winnipeg 1875. Engine 9x18 by Minneapolis Iron Works. Centre-wheel catamaran. Ferry at Winnipeg. Annual inspection report 1877 states "a rope ferry assisted by steam".
