188x25x10 Owned by Van Every & Rumball, Goderich 1861, 1871. Built by F. N. Jones, Buffalo N.Y. 1853; rebuilt by J. C. McGregor, Detroit 1858. Engine from "Lexington". Owned by or on behalf of Canadian parties from 1853 (C. Thompson, Collingwood 1853; Lake Huron Transit Co. 1856). Moved from Lake Erie to Georgian Bay May 1853, back on Lake Erie (running Port Stanley-Buffalo) apparently for one season 1859. Wrecked July 1857 Michipicoten, refloated. 15 more cabins added 1861. Wrecked 18/08/62 near Southampton Ont. while attempting to release stranded brig "Charles Napier".
