p.2 Kingston, April 15th - Our Harbour - The harbour is yet blocked up with ice, though we have very good indication of its speedy dissolution. The channel in front of the town is at length open, and seven schooners belonging to Calvin, Cook and Counter, have left Garden Island and proceeded down the river to make the lake by the southern channel, which has been open for upwards of a week.
