p.2 Kingston Dec. 2nd - The Lake Steamers are laid up, with the exception of the Niagara, now on her last trip. The Bay boats have ceased running; the Canal is closed; and but a few boats are still plying on the river. Yesterday and today it has been mild, and may keep navigation partially open for a week or two later. [News]
