NOTICE.

The Subscribers having purchased the Lease of the Ferryage from Kingston to Garden Island and Wolfe Island, with the intention of putting thereon a Steam Vessel, hereby forbid all persons from ferrying on the said route from this date under pain of prosecution.

N.B. Until a steamboat is procured a sailing vessel will be employed, which will leave Garratt's wharf, at the foot of Johnson Street.

The Meeting advertised to take place on Saturday, at the office of Messrs. Smith & Henderson, in relation to the Steamer Frontenac, is postponed until the following Saturday, the 20th inst.
