135x24x10 Owned by a number of ever-changing partnerships. Built by A. Cantin, Montreal 1848. Used Montreal-Lake Ontario, occasionally to Quebec. "Her wheels work in hollowed spaces in her hull and the vessel has, but for her walking beam, more the appearance of a propeller than a steamer" (Milwaukee "Sentinel" quoted in "Globe"). Rammed and sunk by "B. F. Tibbits" 23/07/55 Brockville, repaired at Ogdensburg. Sank 10/03/62 at wharf Kingston; raised a month later but sank again 09/05/62 near Brockville. Raised again.
