Steamboat Opposition - On Friday evening a regular fight took place between the crews of the Sovereign and the Chief Justice on the Commercial Wharf, where they had met on the arrival of the Highlander from below. Blood was made to flow pretty freely before the combatants separated. We trust His Worship the Mayor will interpose his authority and the truncheons of the police to prevent similar scenes in future.
