St. Lawrence Marine Repair Dock Corporation Capitalized at $300,000

Capitalized at $300,000, the St. Lawrence Marine Repair Dock Corporation, with its headquarters located in Ogdensburg, incorporated with the filing of papers in the Secretary of State’s office in Albany Wednesday afternoon.

The company is formed to repair boats, scows and other vessels. The stockholders and directors include Frank A. Augsbury, of Ogdensburg; James Playfair of Midland, Ontario and John J. Boland of Buffalo. The papers were filed by John D. Van Kennen of Ogdensburg, who with George E. Van Kennen is included among the stockholders.
