Marine News in Brief. A Scotch marine boiler was received here by rail Saturday for a new tug being built at Gills Rock by the Weborg Bros. The craft is a little smaller than the Sylvia and will have 9x10 engine and a 7x8 boiler. It has been named the G. W. Joys and will be used for fishing and miscellaneous towing.
