ACCIDENT TO THE RUBY.--The St. Clair Observer of Saturday says: "Yesterday, while coming up the river below Algonac, the Ruby broke her shaft, and before she could be stopped had torn her disabled wheel all to pieces and greatly damaged her wheel house. Damage estimated at $2,000.
