FROM LAKE SUPERIOR -- STEAMER ILLINOIS AGAIN DISABLED-- The steamer Illinois arrived yesterday afternoon from Lake Superior, in tow of a tug, having broke her crank at Copper Harbor, on her way down. She was towed down to the St. Clair flats by the propeller City of Superior.--At the flats, owing to the breaking of a rudder chain, the propeller was thrown off her course and got aground. From thence the Illinois was towed down by a tug. She brought 46 bbls copper from the Minnesota mine, 31 bbls from the Rockland, 3 from the Norwich, and 2 from the Nebraska -- making a total of 28 tons, all for the smelting works in this city. We hear of no news of importance by the officers. The Superior City was loaded with copper for Cleveland. She would probably get off without much trouble.
