- TO THE PUBLIC
In referance [sic] to a Card published by Mr. Forsyth, and freely circulated at Buffalo, Black Rock, and other places pointing out to Travellers two modes of conveyance from Buffalo to the Niagra [sic] Falls on the British side, and from the Falls back to Buffalo, one by Stages, the other by Steam-Boat, it might be construed that Mr. Forsyth is sole proprietor of both:--The undersigned begs leave to state, for the information of the public, that Mr. Forsyth has no interest whatever in the Steam-Boat, and considers it not only indecorous, but an act of unwarrantable presumption in Mr. F. to publish any thing concerning a business in which he by right has nothing to say.
