The v e ss el is s i g n i f i c a n t in that she is the 1 1 0 - f o o t , f o r m e r i c e b r e a k i n g tug AR U NDE L, w h i c h was b uilt for the U . S. C o as t G u a r d in 1939. She is the last of that h a n d s o m e cl ass of tug s ti ll in o p e r a t i o n on the lakes, and was sold out of the Co ast G u a rd in 1984. * * * * *
