Steam Between New York and Wilmington, N.C..--The Wilmington papers are agitating the project of a line of steam packets between that port and New York. The inducements held out for the encouragement of the line, are the despatch and the certainty of the time of receiving goods shipped thereby, and the saving of a part of the premium for insurance. It is stated that the steam propeller Ontario has been chartered for the route.
