TO THE PUBLIC.

MR. PEARSONS REDUCED THE WORKMEN’S wages at the Marine Railway, 25 cents per day, without their consent, and one week previous to their knowledge; consequently the Ship Carpenters suspended labor until they receive the same rate of wages they did previous to Nov. 1st. This is to place them in their true position before the public. By order of Union No. 29.
