THE STEAMERS KEYSTONE STATE AND BALTIC.--The steamer Keystone State, which, for several years was engaged as a passenger boat between Buffalo and Chicago, but for some time past out of commission, has been put in running order again, arriving at this port yesterday morning, and will, we understand, load here for Buffalo. The Baltic also arrived up yesterday, and will load here. The Baltic is commanded by Capt. Averill--the Keystone by Capt. Traverse, both old veterans of the Lakes.
