Along the Docks. The Seymour in Commission.

The Port Washington Chair Co.'s steambarge R. A. Seymour, in command of Capt. Ed Cox, went in to commission Wednesday afternoon. She cleared for Ellison Bay to load lumber for her owners. The Seymour is one of the best barges in her class on the lake, and under the efficient management of Capt. Cox, is a money maker for her owners.
