Stereoview of the Northern Transportation Company propeller GARDEN CITY, probably while passing the Welland Canal.
Notes
The C. V. Line on her bow refers to the company's relationship with the Central Vermont railroad, which had leased the tracks into Ogdensburgh in 1870. The GARDEN CITY was launched in 1873 and rebuilt as a steam barge in 1880.
