NOV/DEC, 1973 Page 154 MEMBERSHIP NOTES Another year of publication has now ended, and we are ready to enter a new page in the ledger for your Institute. 1973 was a very good year. For one thing, our membership increased to the point that we were unable to supply some of the late-joiners with a full year's back issues; we ran out of March/April. It was also the year in which we were able to publish the catalog-history of the art of Seth Arca Whipple and provide the supplement as a bonus to members with no cost. If you've enjoyed the past year with us, now is the time to say you were pleased in the best of all possible ways...by renewing your membership now! There is no excuse for missing the renewal notice, and if you are going to renew anyway, why not do it now? Thanks from your editor to all those who provided material for TELESCOPE, and to you who didn't, let this be a reminder that we need your help, With you helping, 1974...our twenty-third year...will be the best yets re MEETING NOTICES Entertainment meetings, to be held at 8:00 PM at the Dossin Museum, are scheduled for the following dates: November 30; Mr. Hal Jackson will show slides from his well known collection of tugboat pictures.
