THE STARLIGHT RAISED.--We learned from Capt. C. G. Fortier that the Provincial Insurance Co's Marine Inspector has raised the schooner Starlight, which was recently sunk at Cleveland, and has made temporary repairs to enable the vessel to reach Port Burwell.
