ONTARIO STEAMBOAT COMPANY.--At the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Ontario Steamboat Company, held at the Globe Hotel, Syracuse, Jan. 10, 1867, the following directors were elected: Samuel Farwell, Chas. E. Barnard and William J. Bacon, Utica; O. T. Burt and Geo. Barnes Syracuse; Joel Thayer, Skaneatles; D. Mccolum, Oswego; H. N. Throop and J. M. Reynolds, Pultneyville. At a subsequent meeting of the Directors the following officers were elected: President, Samuel Farwell; Vice President, O. T. Burt; Treasurer, H. N. Throop; Secretary, Geo. Barnes.
