STRANDED.--The Schooner Outward Bound, with a cargo of 11,000 bushels of wheat, in getting out of our harbor on Thursday last, touched her heel, paid off, and went on shore to the southward of the south pier. A small portion of her cargo was at once taken output the most of it was left on board. On Saturday night she commenced leaking, and has since leaked so as to injure her whole cargo. The vessel belonged to the Messrs. Richmond, and is insured. Part of the cargo, we are sorry to add, belonged to farmers of this vicinity, who were sending it on, on speculation.
The schooner Black Hawk also went ashore, north of the piers, on Saturday night or Sunday morning, she was however got off safely on Monday evening. As the weather is now fine, we hope the Outward Bound will be got off too -- Racine Advocate.
