Built by the Fore River Ship Building Co., Quincy, Mass. diculars, 200 ft.; breadth over guards, 56 ft.;. breadth molded, 32 ft. 6 in.; depth molded, 12 ft.; extreme depth to top of dome, 33 ft. The vessel has been constructed with four decks, viz.: lower, main, saloon and hurricane decks, the three last named being carried out to the ex- treme width of the vessel affording great deck area for saloon accommodations and promenading, On the lower The main deck forward is bulkheaded off to form freight space, with large gangways opening into same. Abaft these and abreast of the boiler casing, wing houses are built containing men's toilet and lavatory arrangements, on the starboard side, and on the port side crew's wash room, lamp room, storeroom and check room, while amidships a large lunch room has been built with hinged shutters
