Were it not for the frightful cyclone which struck Lake Huron on Sunday, Nov. 9, and which is dealt with elsewhere harbor at Cleveland on Aug. 17. The steamer City of London, which was sunk in collision with the steamer J. S. Morrow off Point Pelee, Lake Erie, on Sept. 30, was a total: loss. The steamer C. C.
