Bring Turtle Island Lighthouse to bear due west, and Presqu'ile Point, the east Point at the entrance to Maumee River, to bear SW by W4W, in 18 feet water, and run over the bar on this course. On this range you will have nothing less than 9 and 10 feet water ; when over the bar you have 124 feet water.
