Diesels HROUGH its subsidiary, the U. S. Steel Products Co., the U. S. Steel Corporation has ordered three 300 H. P. Nelseco Diesel Engines. These engines are of the 4-cycle, 4-cylinder mechanical injection type, recently developed by Nelseco, having the remarkably low fuel consumption of .405 lbs. per brake h. p. hour. They are to be installed in a 2,100 ton, 250 ft. Diesel-electric driven steel carrier now under construction by the Federal Shipbuilding & Drydock Co. The larger the corporation, the more careful is its purchasing. The more carefully the purchasing power is exercised, the greater the probability of Nelseco being selected to give the consistent service so long associated with it. It is most decidedly to your advantage to consult with Nelseco before you select your Diesel engines. Their experience is very gladly and unreservedly at your disposal. THE NEW.
