Das Franklin, has contracted to take about 400,000 barrels of oil fuel annually from the Mexican Petroleum Co. for the ships KroonLAND and FINLAND, which will return to the New York-California service of the Panama-Pacific line as soon as the Panama canal is reopened to navigation.
