In 1913 control of the line passed to Canada S.S.Lines,Ltd. During the winter of 1946-47 she was reboilered and converted to oil fuel. Upon conversion her after stack was no longer needed, but was retained for appearance's sake only. She entered service when the Niagara River Line was at the height of its popularity, her running mates being OHICORA, CORONA, and CHIPPEWA.
