Two small ferries have recently entered ser- vice. Arnold Transit Company took delivery of the 87-gross-ton CHIPPEWA, built at Erie, while the Beaver Island Boat Company on July 29 began service with their BEAVER ISLANDER, completed at Sturgeon Bay.
