Some time ago we reported that the old Upper Lakes barges at Goderich had been towed to Lake Ontario for a breakwater at an Ontario Hydro power plant west of Toronto. J. F. Ridley, Wallaceburg area manager for Ontario Hydro, sent us a copy of the Ontario Hydro News with the story and some fine photos.
