Still beautiful in her new waters is SUNSHINE COAST QUEEN whom we recall as the Mackinac Straits ferry VACATIONLAND, later, brief- ly, the JACK DALTON, intended to haul trucks between Detroit and Cleveland, and, finally, the PERE SUNSHINE COAST QUEEN NOUVEL, a ferry between Rimouski and Les Escoumins in the lower St. Lawrence River. In her new role, the double-ended ferry is serving the rapidly growing area of British Columbia, as part of that province's new ferry fleet. Our November meeting will be held Nov. 13 in the Dossin Great Lakes Museum's new Aaron DeRoy Hall on Belle Isle beside the ship channel. The Rev.
