PALMER, is being completed at Hyman-Michaels' main facility in Duluth. ** Marine Salvage Ltd. wrecking crews had reduced the GEORGE M. STEINBRENNER to only her stern section at Ramey's Bend by late January. Marine Salvage's Welland Canal shunter test-vessel MARINSAL was towed from Port Weller to Hamilton on December 18th. Present plans call for her to be towed to European breakers in the Spring, possibly in tandem with either ROYALTON or J. F.
