IN_MEMORIUM OSCAR GREGOIRE Oscar Gregoire was born in Montreal, Quebec on September 10, 1919. He was a resident of Windsor, Ontario, since 1927. He died in Windsor on March 16, 1981. He had attended our Society meeting on March 13, 1981. In the 1940's he worked several trips on Canadian Passenger ships, including the NORONIC. He worked for Chrysler Corporation of Canada for 12 years and retired from the Canadian Post Office after 25 years of service. Oscar was a 25 year plus member of our Society and served several terms on the Advisory Council. He leaves his mother Bernadette Gregoire. RAZ RRKKK FRANK ZUZEK Anyone visiting the J. W. Wescott offices for the past near 60 years knew Frank Zuzek, even though he enjoyed working nights and many of us seldom got there during the night. He supplied many marine items to our late Editor, Curt Haseltine, which later appeared in both the DETROIT MARINE HISTORIAN and the DETROIT FREE fe After 74 years, he died in New Grace Hospital and left his wife and daughter.
