SCHOONMAKER, has been acquired by marine historians there, who hopefully will return this handsome vessel to her Shenango livery. *** The Lake Michigan ferry VIKING, earlier sold to Peterson builders, has now been bought by Muskegon/Milwaukee interests for ferry service between those two ports beginning in June of 1986. *** The big Lorain shipyard of American Ship has been sold to a consortium which intends to convert that property for condominium developments. *** The PHILIP D. BLOCK was towed from Buffalo to Ramey's Bend by the tugs LAC MANITOBA and GLENSIDE on November 13th.
