(Anchor Line). 346 x 45 x 25; 4333 gross tons. Acquired by Wisconsin & Michigan SS. Co. in 1941 and rebuilt extensively and renamed. Inactive in the middle Sixties and presently used as an exhibition ship at Chicago, named CLIPPER. MINNESOTA Pesha Photo MINNESOTA (ex HARLEM, US 95972), Steel package freighter, built in 1888 at Wyandotte by Detroit Dry Dock Co. (Hull 84) for Western Transit Co., Buffalo. 288 x 41 x 23; 2299 gross tons. Rebuilt as passenger liner by Manitowoc in 1911, same hull dimensions but tonnage increased to 3320 gross tons. Operated by Crosby, 1912-1914, Went to salt water in 1917. Used around Florida after World War I and (1931) abandoned there. Was unofficially named FELICIANA, as a game ship during its last days. en
