SILVER ISLE suffered a 130-foot gash in her port bow, a 60-foot gash amidship, and damage to the aft end crew quarters. No injuries occurred as a result of the collision, and SILVER ISLE arrived at Port Weller Dry Docks on April 20 to be inspected and repaired.
