p.3 Sale of a Steamer - Armenia sold by Messrs. E.H. Rathbun & Sons to W.J. Brown, of St. Ignace, Mich., for $12,000; he is a Canadian citizen, otherwise he could not become the owner of a British bottom.
Was Not Drowned - managed to get scow to safety at Tidd's Island, near Grindstone Island.
Here & There - C.W. Crowley, President of Kingston Sailors' Union, now in Detroit for annual convention of Chicago Seamen's Union.
