p.3 Engineer's Petition - Mr. Gunn, M.P., presented the petition of fifty-seven steamboat engineers asking the Government that the Bill passed last session, affecting them, be amended, as it acts unfairly in their interests. The petitioners offer to send a delegate to state the case if the House desires to hear him.
