p.3 Here & There - The Oswego Yacht Club have decided to adopt the Rogers signal code and N.S. Stene is at present engaged in making a complete set of colors for each yacht. These signal flags are 7 in number.

Richelieu Navigation Company - At the annual meeting of this Company, held yesterday in Montreal, the following were elected Directors: Messrs. L.A. Senecal, Alex. Murray, Alex. Buntin, R. Cowan, Ald. Desjardins, J.B. Renaud, and L.J. Forget. Mr. Senecal hoped that next year a dividend of 8 % could be paid the shareholders.
