MARINE NOTES.

The schr. Daniel G. Fort has been chartered in Chicago to carry 24,000 bushels of corn to Kingston. Rate 6 cents.

At Toledo 2,500,000 bushels of grain are now awaiting shipment, outside of the grain fleet loaded.

Thos. Fox, a Port Hope Captain, has arrived to take charge of a schooner.

The steamer Hastings has not been chartered to run on the Deseronto and Ogdensburg route. Mr. Gildersleeve says the steamer is ready to be either sold or chartered.
