K. & M. Forwarding Co. - The annual meeting of the shareholders of the K. & M. F. Co. (Limited) was held at their office in Montreal on Monday, when the following were elected directors for the coming year, viz., Mr. Alex. Gunn, M.P., Senator James G. Ross, Messrs. Thos. Cramp, Jas. Swift and Wm. Stewart.

Here & There - John Waddell has again been successful in his tendering for public work. He has been awarded the contract for the erection of light houses and other buildings at Manitowaning, Cape Robert, North Sisters, Wilson's Channel and St. Mary's River, Algoma, at about $10,000.
