p.3 Tom Paddon & the Union - Yesterday the members of the Sailors' Union sent a police officer to the residence of Thomas Paddon, ex-President, to seize the books of the Union. The sailors say Paddon's term of office was up yesterday, and he should have given up the books, but Paddon claims that his term is not up until April 5th, and that the Union owes him $120, part of last year's salary. However, the case is in the hands of lawyers McGuire and McIntyre.
