p.3 General Sessions - Cataraqui Bridge Co. vs. De' Mass - An action against the owner of the schr. William Home, for injury done to the swing bridge while passing through it. The damages are estimated at $127.

Incidents Of The Day - At Oswego, on Sunday afternoon, the stern line of the prop. Myles caught on one of the stanchions of a scow owned by John Henderson, which was being repaired at the slip near the northwestern elevator, and pulled the scow out into the river, where she sank. Captain Bootham was arrested on complaint of Henderson, but the matter was settled.
