p.2 Incidents Of The Day - The tug Active will be hauled out at Portsmouth for repairs.
There are 30 sailors residing at Clayton and vicinity.
The schrs. White Oak and Dudley, which went to Oswego with barley, returned yesterday morning. The captains say they encountered a great deal of ice going and coming.
p.3 The Ice Bridge Formed - str. Pierrepont probably made last trip.
