p.1 Civic Business - The City's Law-Suit - against M.T. Co.; the company's solicitor sends a letter saying they will fight the lawsuit, but wanting to reach a reasonable solution.

p.3 Changes In The Seamens' Union - Before the opening of navigation there will be changes in the Seamen's Union. It is reported that the Toronto branch has been disorganized by the retirement of the President, and its members will be enrolled in a branch at the Welland Canal. The Kingston union will be revived and made the only union between Port Hope and Brockville.
