Cleveland. - John H. Jacobs, Marquette, has procured from Potter, Birdsall & Company, two-thirds of the propeller OTEGO for $16,500. He will use the propeller for carrying building stone from Marquette to lower lake ports. The OTEGO was built at Port Robinson, Ont., in 1875 and rebuilt in 1883. She was formerly called the CITY OF St. CATHARINES and measures 224 tons. She will tow two consorts in the stone trade and will be commanded by Captain J.J. Frink.
