SHIP BUILDING AT BUFFALO. --- Bidwell & Banta launched last week, a schooner which was called the BULLFINCH, (sic see GOLDFINCH ) but has since been sold to Sam. J. Holly, of Oswego and Mr. Sanderson, of Milwaukee, and her name has been changed to the " GERRITT SMITH." She will be ready to leave port in a few days Her dimensions are 137 feet length of keel, 26 feet breadth of beam, and 11 feet depth of hold, and will measure 350 tons burthen.
